Description

Propagate the error from I(Q) all the way to the PDF and RW values

Lots, look at the appendix of Simon's book for sigma[S(Q)] to sigma[G(r)] and go from there

We might also want to examine just putting random noise into the scattering and seeing how that changes the PDF. see #24
