Default Application status is Applied #4

On entering add n/Johnny p/123 e/a@a.com g/4.50 i/NTU c/CS y/06/2025 j/Software Engineer, a new Applicant is added. In my command, application status is not indicated.

Yet, the Application Status displayed for Jonny is APPLIED. This was not indicated in the UG, which makes it unclear for the user.
