This minor update addresses two issues:
1) There was a discrepancy in the hard-coded limits on the x/y positions for tiles in steve in which one of these spin boxes had a smaller allowable range than the others
2) These limits were not well suited for stages that do not have the ability to re-zero around a new position.
In this update, we updated all of the limits to the spin boxes in steve to -5e6 to 5e6 microns, which should be more than enough for most stages.
