Focus lock improvements #44

  1. Code cleanup.
  2. User adjustable offset.
  3. Faster fitting.
  4. Single spot lock is optional, might want this to be a focus lock failure.
  5. Image convolution for camera based approaches.

Done. We now provide the option of using the storm-analysis project to do the fitting. If you use this option then it takes care of 3-5 of the above.
