Save movie XML settings #6

A copy of the current settings should be saved as XML for each movie. This should include the stage position. It should also include the actual camera settings, not just the requested camera settings.

And the settings should include enough information so that Steve can correctly place the movie "off-line".

This is now included in master. Note that the layout of the default parameters files has been changed, it is no longer flat. You can use still flat parameter files, but you will have to update your default settings to the new format.

For Andor cameras, the saved settings file also includes that actual values of the parameters not just the requested ones (for horizontal shift speed, vertical shift speed and pre-amp gain) as requested by Josh Vaughan many years ago.

Fixed so that you can now reload the saved parameters.
