Python3 pyqt5 #73

I corrected a few bugs from the python 2 to python 3 transition, added control class for Idex Titan valves, and refined the hamamatsu camera controller.

At some point some of the comments should be updated as they still say 'Mad City' even though they are for the LUDL stage.

Can you switch to the master branch? I know that the only thing that is different is the name, and it might be a bit of headache because I just deleted master and renamed python3_pyqt5 as master, but I think it will keep things simpler in the long run.

I had the super().init(**kwds) in the AOTF because I was trying to follow the suggestions here here, but not really a big deal.

Also, when you think the hardware is 'solid', please add it to this table

Which still seems to be missing all of the other fluidics components..
