Missing option in programm list "ask for access each time" #131

What I´m really missing on droidwall, is an access right option which not 
generally blocks access or generally allows it. I miss a third option which 
always ask for access with a popup when the related programm want´s to access 
the network, right as it is implemented in the zonealarm windows firewall.
These would give several advantages:
- it would make it much easier to adjust the programm settings because You 
simply can set all unknown programms to ask and then You will see which of them 
need to access the network.
- it would show which programms attempt to access the internet unwanted
- it would give the opportunity to block programms from network access and only 
allow that in case of an real usage.
