You will need to go to the Workflows page and find the workflow for this archive and restart the task for video convert and chat convert. Sorry, I don't have any screenshots for you or in-depth steps, all of my instances are upgraded to test the v3 beta which will be out in the next few days. When v3 is out it will be a lot easier to restart tasks like this. A "restart" button will be next to the "log" button for each task.
v3 has been released which should resolve this issue. If you notice this happening in v3 please create a new issue.
I recorded a live stream yesterday, the internet connection went out for a few hours, and the VOD is stuck in processing since. Is there a way to manually start converting?
