Team Genome base #1 construction #27

The first Team Genome base to be built in the area between Totopa and Mangrad needs building. Required for story to continue and soon will be halting the adding of the story as we quickly approach the time where it is needed.

A more precise location would be needed. Feel free to post a picture of where you'd like to put it.

Location is at /warp GenomeBase1. Inside the mountainous clearing. The land will need a little flattening and the base will need to follow the list of features required in the doc.

The base functionally is very nearly complete. It only requires decorating and NPCs being added for story quests and to make the place have a bit more activity.
