Stun status and Slowness potion effect conflict on Mobs #31

They strangely cancel each other out on mobs. This bug doesn't apply to players though, so I'm not sure how I can fix this, if at all... This is kind of a big problem if i can't fix it. If i can't fix it, i will have to do some condition checks to make sure they don't happen at the same time, OR just let it be.
