New Respawn System #32

When a player dies, they will be sent to a room, where they have an NPC right in front of them.

Options are:

1: Respawn at Last Checkpoint
2: Respawn at Inn Bed
3: Respawn at Bonoland

Descriptions for each one are:

1: Respawns at the last checkpoint reached. ie) The safe room before a boss or the Dungeon Entrance
2: Respawns at the previous Inn Bed the player last went to. Useful for setting a "home bed" to somewhere near of where you want to go to, or just for convenience sakes.
3: Respawns at Bonoland, but costs a fee based on level (2 gold nuggets per level [nearly 8 Gi at 255] {MAY CHANGE})
