A skill that will cost 200% Stamina that will cause all enemies around the caster to get stunned for 3 seconds. This is technically an ultimate, since i will be giving it a 100 second cooldown.
Additionally deals thunder damage, and thunder piercing damage. The caster will get slowness 3 for 3 seconds after doing it.
