[Internal] Change how Jump Boost is given #64

I made the silly decision of giving some of the classes "their own jump boost", rather than make it run globally from 1 global passive. I'll need to change this.

ps. I will need to hide the particles completely using a command rather than distributing it via a mechanic.

Skillapi is silly with this, and only works correctly through command blocks... Oh well...
