Add custom Skill and Rune Icons for skills #65

I decided until 0.9, because the classes are still constantly being updated, and should be finalized by this update

Since it will look nice, we will need to eventually make custom skill icons, specific to each skill, in a similar way to the Attribute icons. I'm thinking.... (to be consistent with the core's colors)

Red for Damage Yellow for Defense Blue for Healing Green for Support

Same should apply for the Runes. Same texture, but with a symbol in their corner or something. (They will have a similar texture to the 4 primary core textures/emblems)

Red Sword for Damage Yellow Shield for Defense Blue Plus Sign for Healing Up Arrow for Support.
