Make Invisibility Useful #8

Invisibility sucks, so lets add a passive to it.

Current Idea: Invisibility potion effect passively increases chance to dodge incoming damage by a fixed 10% per tier level Ie: Inv. 1 =10%, inv. 2 = 20%, etc

Implemented. Now any Thief class user can feel happy about themselves. Now I might have to add potions of invisibility to the potion shops.
