[BUG] Combat start timer only working first time on LK #187

Are you using the latest DBM version in a Warmane 3.3.5a realm (Icecrown, Lordaeron or Frostmourne)?

DBM version

DBM 10.1.3 alpha (2023/05/07 18:36:30)

Current Behavior

No combat start after 1st wipe

Expected Behavior

Timer shows

Steps To Reproduce

  1. LK start
  2. LK wipe
  3. Yell does not trigger next combat start timer
