[BUG] icc vali spec warning mana void #85

Describe the bug on icc25 on vali norm (hc i think too) when we stand in mana void the spec warn does not work (on icc10 it's work)

DBM Version 7.09

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to icc25
  2. on vali stand in mana void

Additional context one more thing (I don't know if I can here) please add an Abomination counter on the timer bar like we have for Suppresser
