Ice Breaker won't let itself be placed if Aeyama, the new world is also installed #25

Install Aeyama and Frozen Fralands mods and activate both. Start a campaign and play until you could theoretically place an ice breaker.

The construction just stays red wherever we try to place, When clicking on information about the building from the menu, it says "Required ground: \<Unfindable on this map>".
