Sometimes, for example, when user changes the git branch to one that doesn't have a developed component yet, a folder with only jsconfig will still exist.
This can break deployments because sfdx will try to include nonexisting components in deployed package.
It would be cool if there were some command to remove such folders (or do that with jscongfig files generation)
