Subscription module on Customer App #89

The subscription is currently live on the website so adding it to the customer application as well.

Subscription can be done via two methods, Credit Card and Bank (Lotus Pay). I have completed the subscription via credit card and it is properly working I have tested it. It will be released when both methods are working completely. Need help of @ankurziffyhomes with the API's.
