Something like that (instead of tool text could be as "icon"), modded by me to get clear quartz after breaking glass:
The reasons are:
Vanilla: Unknown amount of dropped items after breaking the block with a lot of "drops" and "dropsByType" different values for different tools.
Modded: Imagine block of glass with drops clearquartz by breaking with hammer, drops diamond by breaking with pickaxe, drops fern by breaking with knife, drops trader spawner by breaking with hoe.
Another example:
As user, I have no idea what tool I need to get clear quartz from that glass
As author, I know I need hammer for that
