As far as I can tell, High Capacity Barrels is just the old name of Infernal Preigniter. Removed it, and changing over some validators may make some actor stuff work better. Untested right now, though.

Tested locally and everything seemed to work, though I noticed preigniter hellions had a "small attack" when attacking targets close to them: hellion_short

Hellions acting otherwise fine: hellion hellion_preigniter

Fixed the little beam issue, was a broken actor data reference missing the AP_ prefix. hellion_fixed hellion_fixed_upgraded
