Refitting the purifier carrier into the anti ground unit: The Bomber. Primarily Antiground carrier Does high damage but does not discriminate against friend or foe with it's mini bombers!

While this is in review, I wanted to comment that I don't think that "Bomber" is a sufficiently Purifier-like, or even Protoss-like name, and wanted to bring up again Subsourian's recommendation of naming the Purifier Carrier "Trireme" after the ancient Greek warship.

As Alice discovered today, the current Purger/Bomber/Trireme/whatever we're calling it is always considered anti-air by the logic, and this PR may change that. Therefore, a PR is necessary client-side to update the logic.
