Update incorporates the new "Check" counter into the objectives and defines LOCATION_ID constants.

Missions Included:

Harvest of Screams
Shoot the Messenger
Enemy Within

Bug Fixes / Map Features:

Shoot the Messenger:

Once all 3 Statis Chambers are destroyed, they will no longer trigger voicelines/pings if the map is re-entered

Enemy Within:

Added an "extra" objective "Grow even stronger [0/2]" for the Second and Third Niadra Evolution locations

Fixed a bug where the "Number of Protoss Remaining" stopped counting after the destruction of the last escape pod

Tests:

Parital Clear (e.g. finish 50% of an objective, then reload and verify progress is noted)
All locations enabled, full clear
All locations enabled, post-full clear re-clear
