Update incorporates the new "Check" counter into the objectives and defines LOCATION_ID constants.

Missions Included:

Infested
Hand of Darkness
Phantoms of the Void

Bug Fixes / Map Features:

Infested:

Once all 3 Science Facilities are infested, they will no longer trigger voicelines/pings if the map is re-entered

Added an "extra" objective "Infest All Garrisons" once Phase 2 begins for the remaining Garrison locations

Fixed a bug where AP Creep Tumors didn't activate the Science Facility Target Splat

Phantoms of the Void:

Once all 3 Xel'Naga Crystals are destroyed, they will no longer trigger an objective to destroy them if the map is re-entered

Tests:

Parital Clear (e.g. finish 50% of an objective, then reload and verify progress is noted)
All locations enabled, full clear
All locations enabled, post-full clear re-clear
