Update incorporates the new "Check" counter into the objectives and defines LOCATION_ID constants.

Once all 2 Secret Documents are collected, they will no longer spawn if map is re-entered

Updated objective order to ensure "Rescue Jim" is the first objective listed

Tests:

Parital Clear (e.g. finish 50% of an objective, then reload and verify progress is noted)
All locations enabled, full clear
All locations enabled, post-full clear re-clear
