Update incorporates the new "Check" counter into the objectives and defines LOCATION_ID constants.

Missions Included:

Dark Whispers
Ghosts in the Fog
Evil Awoken

Bug Fixes / Map Features:

Dark Whispers:

Updated objective order to ensure the "Free Captive Protoss" are listed in the expected order rather than the order you find them in

Tests:

Parital Clear (e.g. finish 50% of an objective, then reload and verify progress is noted)
All locations enabled, full clear
All locations enabled, post-full clear re-clear
