Objective Categorization Update for the Shakuras Storyline

Update incorporates the new "Check" counter into the objectives and defines LOCATION_ID constants.

Missions Included:

• Amon's Reach
• Last Stand

Bug Fixes / Map Features:

Amon's Reach:

• Once all 3 Solarite Reserves are collected, they will no longer spawn if map is re-entered

Last Stand:

• Once the "Hold out for 1.5 Billion Zerg" bonus objective is completed, it will no longer trigger any associated voicelines if the map is re-entered

Tests:

• Parital Clear (e.g. finish 50% of an objective, then reload and verify progress is noted)
• All locations enabled, full clear
• All locations enabled, post-full clear re-clear
