Vanilla bug: Bunker's Shrike turret doesn't follow Attack command #10

What happened?

The shrike turret doesn't follow Attack command, just attacks nearby enemies.

Verified that it happens in Vanilla environment.

What were the expected results?

The turret to follow Attack command

Just double-checked on sc2-next, looks like this is still an issue.
