Additionally, entering the Nova part in End Game when u have the gunblade but equipped with a different weap, this happens but very minor

What happened?
Its just mainly the dropship landing of Nova while equipped other than her main ghost rifle, she will always land with her rifle if equipped with shotgun or plasma rifle.
As soon as you move her, it will change back to whatever other weapon equipped
