Thank you for taking an interest in CARMA. Sorry, I might not be able to help for this issue, it seems like the packages used by CARMA are not very well compiled in Window system. I suggest trying different OS, such as Linux or macOS. Another possible solution could be trying R/4.0.3. I have experienced similar problems when using R/4.2.2 caused by the packages...
