refactor configuration script

[PonomarevDA]

• use yaml config file for a vehicle instead of hard coding firmware link and parameters in .sh script
• update all vehicles names in docker.sh and run_sim.sh, so now they are the same (the same as config.yaml files as well)
• rewrite configuration script in python (it was in bash)
