sim.py introduces better interaction with the simulator.
[x] separate force into 2 options: upload and configure
[x] container should be killed with ctrl+c withing sim.py
[x] besides sim logs display the general sim state:
is sniffer connected,
is autopilot connected,
version of the simulator,
running docker container id
