Their glossary describes their product to accommodate NUS' student exchange programme (SEP) which has over 300 partner universities. However, the program only allows to input up to 92 universities/preferences. Also, this 92 universities available were not mentioned anywhere in the user guide to let users know that there are only 92 universities available for computer engineering (CEG) SEP.

Team's Response

Thanks for raising this issue!

The tester is quite right about we didn't mention that only 92 universities are available for CEG students. However, this information does not necessarily need to be shown in glossary section, since here we are trying to demostrate what is the general meaning of SEP as an abbreviation. The administrators, which are our target users, already hold a list of universities and the index of it, so it's sufficient to just have some boundary checks in our program, instead of explicitly highlighting it in glossary section.

Since the user cannot attempt to use university index > 92, and when he/she does so, a suitable error message will appear without the software crashing, thus we decide that the issue is out of scope.
