Staking button not working #24

Stake button on the Delegate Stake window will not work after entering staking ZIL value of 499.99999999999999999999999999( just an example). The user should be restricted to input values beyond thousandth position after decimal ( i.e. 499.999) in order for staking button to work with fractional values.

Steps to recreate:- 1) Open https://testnet-stake.zilliqa.com/dashboard with ZilPay wallet 2) Click on Delegate Stake 3)Select any operator you want to delegate your stake to 4) Enter the stake value 499.9999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999 5) Click Stake button => Button will not work
