Removed vim scilla-mode instructions #1173

The vim scilla-mode repo has been compromised, so we no longer want to recommend users installing it.

Thanks!

btw, I found the following repository when I was looking for the Scilla plugin for vim: https://github.com/edison0x/vim-scilla. In general, it works, but it is not longer maintained and it doesn't support some Scilla features, for example, type functions syntax and the correct indentation. So I would prefer not to recommend it for installation.

As I understand it that repo has also been compromised, so right now I don't think we should recommend any vim-mode unless we have time to audit it or write it ourselves.

I agree, it's better to have our own mode for Scilla. At the moment I use a fork of the aforementioned repo, and it works for me with some minor issues. I could probably fix them a bit later and create a new repository with a mention of the original author in the documentation.
