After introducing vcpkg to the build system we get some noise from git because it doesn't know what to do with vcpkg build files in the cryptoutils and schnorr submodules.
I've added the relevant files to the .gitignore files of the submodule repositories. The .gitignore files have now been merged in those repos, and this PR updates the scilla clones of those submodules accordingly.
