PS Coord / Quadrature Update #7

Added PS and Quadrature functions! Also includes minor QoL updates such as print statements, prl adjustments, whitespace changes, etc.

Closes #6

I followed up with Paul and I think we're on the same page that he doesn't want the prolate spheroidal code to be treated as stable but he didn't seem worried about the code being inaccessible to the public. He said he's content if I add a note clarifying the instability instead of making the whole repo private.
