What's the difference between covalent_radius and bond_radius? #44

Hi, thanks for the great package!

May I ask what's the difference between covalent_radius and bond_radius in the following utility file: https://github.com/ZimmermanGroup/pyGSM/blob/master/pygsm/utilities/elements.py

It looks like the values for covalent_radius and bond_radius are the same.
