updated it to 3.0.0 #136

(becasue the next update is gonna be 3.0.0) :-)

3.0 is another version, 3.0 is already in development, but is on hold, since the developer (Science) lost interest in developing PlayX or is too busy, there is no reason to update the version to 3.0, there is no major feature, rework or design. The next version will be 2.9.10. And as said before I'll not accept one line pr.
