Noblock on ladders #117

Add a feature to antistick to disable collisions on clients using a ladder.  
Do this on Touch.

That's a handy feature! In case of future ideas that change collisions I got

Issue blocked on issue 118. I did this to avoid features made in a rush. Since 
there 
may be a lot of other ideas that might need to change collision mode, it should 
be 
done through a manager.
