Cvar to assign admins to admin class #14

Make a cvar to initialize first-time joining admins to an admin class (if 
one exists, if multiple, then choose randomly)

Then let the cookies save the class after that.

Let the plugin assign a admin class, but don't save the change in cookies.

Added milestone label.
