match zipper.dev header in zipper.run #688

Added more padding X
avatar size is now 32 instead of 40
using the beta blue Zipper logo (maybe we could use a different color to differentiate zipper.dev from zipper.run?)
changed the color scheme of header buttons to black
added sign out icon

Miguel: yesterday: did some PR review & merge, finished markdown improvements, did a <https://github.com/Zipper-Inc/zipper-functions/pull/688|style change in zipper.run header,> now it looks way more like zipper.dev today: I will sync with Ibu to see how we can get rid of globals, and start doing it.
