fix: Tool validation error enhancement, WF execution fix

What

• Tool validation error fix to display correct message
• Error loggers enhanced with traceback
• Bumped structure tool version to 0.0.26

Why

• Import issue with WF execution for prompt studio exported tools
• Tool validation errors displayed incorrectly

• No major changes made, only exception handling and tool rebuild

Notes on Testing

• Checked tool validation error message
• Built tool and pulled it to check. Faced issue with logs in my dev so I couldn't check through the UI
