afk to take effect after 2 minutes #123

Solves #122 and #126

It's like a house alarm, you have 2 minutes to get out.

New: !!afk !msg Prepending ! tells the bot not to return you from afk when you talk. You must return by explicitly calling !!afk again.

I left out the part which deals with 126, that'd be done separately.
