I tried to use the command !!welcome @Prasad in the HTML / CSS / WebDesign room (I understand the @ is not required, my bad).
!!welcome @Prasad
However it welcomed the user in the JavaScript room.
Using !!tell mikedidthis welcome worked in the correct room, so I am unsure if this is bot or user error.
