Typos and Grammatical errors in Readme #13

Hi @Zircoz , I observed few typos and grammatical error in Readme file that can be fixed, let me know I can work on it.

Hi @Zircoz , Here is the screenshot of one typo error, and the numbering can also be updated if needed because it is starting from 0. image

C'mon @amitkumar-y , you've >3 YOE in your own words.

I have 2 options to you:

  1. Make one make one PR at the end of month with all typo & bug fixes at the end of October (I'm hoping 5+ atleast).
  2. Make one PR right now for this typo fix + #9

(0th index is supposed to be there, it's not a typo)

LMK if you like any of above options. Also, you're more than welcome to chose any other issue to work on if it interests you.

Sure @Zircoz , We can fix the typos & bug fixes at the end of October. I will also check If I can work on #9 or on any other available issue.

Hi @Zircoz , After our discussion, I checked the issues available on this repo at the time and found nothing where I could have contributed, so I began contributing to other projects.  Based on our last discussion, I'll check the typos in the next week; if there are enough typos, I'll let you know, and then you can decide if we need to fix them, if needed then I'll fix them.
