In backplane_mapping_PT.yml, the PT pins noted 'Alpha only' are not consistent with the blue-highlighted
pins in PT Excel. This results in the auxiliary list including many entries that should not be depopulated.
e.g. JP0,A12 is noted 'Alpha only', but in Excel it is solid-black not blue.
