Links to Setting Up and UserGuide in DG does not work. #7

The links stated below does not work properly. It directs me to localhost links, for example http://localhost:4000/UserGuide.html.

Reason for disagreement: I believe that this bug' severity is at least a severity high or medium. This is because it is highly disruptive if the reader wants to use the user guide or set-up the development environment as the reader cannot access the links to do so in the first place. It also negatively affect the professionalism shown by the team and the impression of their product significantly.
