[Bug] Minor Inconsistency in DG #7

find-plan under Implementation section has design considerations written, while other commands have it omitted. Would be better for readers if the details were consistent, less any confusion, i.e. all commands to have design considerations written. Hence, the VeryLow severity.

We believe this is inconsistency that does not affect the degree of information provided to readers reading the DG nor does it hinder the reader. Moreover, providing more information in the DG should be encouraged since it should be more informative than the UG.
